Do you send LinkedIn invites with no customised message?<br \/>\na. yes<br \/>\nb. no<\/p>\n<p>2. Do you contact candidates without bothering to look at their skills and experience and assessing their suitability?<br \/>\na. yes<br \/>\nb. no<\/p>\n<p>3. Do you post fake job adverts just to collect candidates to add to your talent pool?<br \/>\na. yes<br \/>\nb. no<\/p>\n<p>4. Do you leave candidates without updates on their application for more than 2 weeks ?<br \/>\na. yes<br \/>\nb. no<\/p>\n<p>5. If you decide the candidate isn\u2019t suitable, do you just ignore them and not let them know?<br \/>\na. yes<br \/>\nb. no<\/p>\n<p>If you answered \u2018no\u2019 for all the above, well done! You\u2019ve been a good recruiter and deserve special tools to make your recruiting life easier &#8211; perhaps the interview suite?<\/p>\n<p>If you answered \u2018yes\u2019 for all the above, you\u2019ve been a bad recruiter and deserve recruiting pain. Perhaps you should improve your practices and make 2016 a better year.<\/p>\n<p>If you answered a mix of \u2018yes\u2019 and \u2018no\u2019, there\u2019s still room for improvement, remember to treat candidates like how you would want to be treated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Merry Christmas from everyone at viasto!
