How do Asynchronous Video Interviews work?

Our interview suite is provided to each customer with their specific corporate design. Recruiters login via their browser and determine the interview process. This consists of questions and interview preparation times, as well as response times. The recruiter also defines which evaluators may assess the interview and the criteria by which this occurs. Candidates and evaluators are then invited automatically by email.

The candidates then do their interviews independently and autonomously. Once the candidates have completed their interviews, the evaluators can then view the interviews and evaluate them against the pre-defined criteria. The asynchronous video interviews are highly structured. All candidates answer the same questions within the same time limits and can thus be fairly compared against each other. Using an overview of all the ratings by the different evaluators, it is easy to document, and decide who will be invited for a personal interview.
