OKR – your chance to have influence
We want to give you the chance to bring in your ideas – not only within your own team but also for the company. That is why we have established the OKR system also used by Google, LinkedIn, Uber, or Twitter (read more). Help us shape the face and soul of viasto! Each quarter we define five new goals and establish corresponding circles consisting of circle members and one circle leader. You decide which circle interests you most and then actively help to reach the goals set for the next three months.

As we believe that we can evaluate your application better by giving you the chance to present yourself in person we will happily invite you to get to know our product – the interview suite. Since this is the product you will be working with it makes sense that you get to know it first hand from the applicant point of view. You can take the video interview at home at any time you want. You will have the chance to answer some specific questions about the job you applied for. The only thing you need is a webcam and about 20 minutes time in a quiet place. Furthermore, we will send you a link to an online assessment which is a standard personality test. In some cases we might ask you to do some further tests as well. Our hiring team will then evaluate your answers and your result and get back to you.
Hopefully when you pass the first hurdle we will then invite you to a personal interview. In case you live in Berlin we will be happy to welcome you in our office, in case you live elsewhere a Skype call or Google Hangout is possible as well. In this interview we want to get to know you in person. As we all dress casually you can wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Please prepare some questions you have about the job, the position, viasto as a company. Please let us know your salary expectation and whatever else is necessary for you to have a good work atmosphere.
In the third step we will make you a proposal – either in person or on the phone or e-mail. Depending on what the best communication way is.
